Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is the Information
Public rolls are corrected, portals and fees change, collections move, and digitization can alter coverage. We review details, but cannot guarantee that every item is current. Confirm any important fact with its custodian.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing here is legal advice. The material points to records used around Overland Park, but it cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public access does not authorize harm. Never use a result to stalk, harass, intimidate, or injure anyone. Misuse may violate Kansas or federal law and also breaches our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, what they charge, or how they handle submitted data, and their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
We link to assessor and recorder portals, elections-office lookups, court searches, library local history collections, archives, and similar resources. We are not responsible for any external site's content, accuracy, or availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
This site holds no government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It points to the offices, libraries, and portals that do. Obtaining, verifying, or correcting a record means contacting that custodian directly.
